Club Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of Franz Keto bread toasted
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 ounces sliced turkey
  • 1 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices cooked bacon
  • lettuce washed and chopped

Instructions

  1. Take one slice of Franz Keto bread and spread with mayonnaise.
  2. Top with turkey and cheddar cheese.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on another piece of Franz Keto bread and place on the cheddar cheese.
  4. Top with bacon and lettuce. Spread mayonnaise on the final slice of keto bread and place on top.
  5. Cut sandwich into halves or quarters. Serve with pickles. Enjoy!

egg sandwich

Egg Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 slices of Franz Keto bread, toasted
  • 1/2 cup fresh lettuce
  • 4 pieces of cooked bacon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Chives for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Break eggs, 1 at a time, into pan; reduce heat to low. Cook until whites are set and yolks begin to thicken, turning once if desired.
  2. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and garlic; spread over toast slices. Top with arugula, tomato, bacon and fried eggs; sprinkle with salt and pepper and chives or your favorite herb.
  3. Enjoy!
